These new balance platforms  are perfectly  suitable for stability  and coordination exercising. Air-cushioned and fitted with  a valve which  allows  increase/decrease in firmness and stability of the product.
The DB20 is  ideal for  a one-foot positioning.  Larger sizes are also suitable for whole body balancing and workout.

Flat-side up or down depending on level of exercise to be performed.
